“What Is Holistic Education
The child is composed of Mind, Body, and Spirit of Soul. Growth must be fostered through a safe, stimulating and loving environment. In “Holistic Education” all three domains of a child are enriched in order to foster growth, children work on numbers, letters and their sounds. Also, colors, shapes, names, address, etc. (MIND). Children learn values such as truthfulness, helpfulness, forgiveness, manners, etc. A quiet time is provided after class to look within (SPIRIT). Children learn the basic four food groups, take walks, do exercises, and obtain good foods (BODY).
